About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at Kaufland e-commerce. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the development of scalable web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers in the development of scalable web applications
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Collaborate with engineers to identify and prioritize technical requirements
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to improve product quality and performance
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers
  • Collaborate with product managers to define product roadmaps and technical requirements
  • Work with QA engineers to ensure high-quality products
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth product delivery
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering and leadership
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams
  • Strong technical skills in software development and engineering
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
