Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Customer Care Operations Specialist, der sich auf die Logistik und Kundenbetreuung im afrikanischen Markt spezialisiert hat. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie verantwortlich sein für die Import- und Exportabwicklung, die Koordination von Logistikprozessen und die Überwachung von Sendungen.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Import- und Exportabwicklung für den afrikanischen Markt
  • Koordination von Logistikprozessen von der Auftragsannahme bis zur Auslieferung
  • Überwachung von Sendungen und Stellung des Kunden über den Status ihrer Lieferungen
  • Proaktive Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen oder Verzögerungen
  • Betreuung von Kundenanfragen, Auftragsannahme und -abwicklung
  • Lösung von Problemen und Anliegen
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Bereich Supply Chain Management und Logistik
  • Fließende Kenntnisse in Französisch und Englisch
  • Good Deutschkenntnisse sind Nice To Have
