Financial Reporting

We are seeking a skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Aviv Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting accurate financial statements in a timely manner. Your expertise will be essential in providing insights into financial performance, on an ad-hoc basis, to aid in decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Develop and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Budgeting and Forecasting

As a Financial Controller, you will play a critical role in developing, monitoring, and updating the strategic plan as well as the annual budget in collaboration with department heads and senior management. Your analytical skills will be essential in providing financial projections and analysis to support long-term financial planning and business growth.

  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze budget variances and provide recommendations for cost control and optimization.
Systems and Process Improvement

We are looking for a Financial Controller who can identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations. Your expertise will be essential in evaluating and recommending financial software solutions to streamline reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • +4 years of experience in financial controlling, investment banking or consulting.
  • Proven experience in a subscription-based business.
  • Proven experience working with Sales/Marketing and/or Tech teams, and a solid understanding of ROI/value creation calculations/methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience with advanced Excel functions is essential as well as excellent presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; Knowledge of Workday is beneficial.
  • You thrive in a dynamic and fast-moving environment and are able to be an agent of change within and beyond the corporate function.
  • Fluency in English & German is mandatory.
