Key Responsibilities- Financial Statement Management: Compile and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing packages, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Audit and Compliance: Prepare and handle audits in accordance with IFRS and HGB standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Financial Reporting: Report financial data to HQ as per various requirements, providing insights and analysis to inform business decisions.
- Closing Management: Generate monthly closing result reports for the CFO and HQ, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Process Improvement: Announce monthly closing plans and ensure schedule adherence, identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Closing Adjustment Reports: Prepare detailed closing adjustment reports, ensuring accurate and transparent financial reporting.
- Result Analysis: Conduct quarterly analyses of result increases and decreases, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Risk Management: Oversee risk management across accounting, tax, and finance functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Branch and Office Management: Manage sales, cost, and general cost management for each branch and office, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Internal Invoices: Check internal invoices between Eschborn and branches/offices, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Process Verification: Verify all processes and interface programs related to sales and cost accruals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Contract Management: Manage internal contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Education: Completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance or a comparable qualification.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of work experience in accounting, with a strong background in financial compliance and risk management.
- Skills: Strong legal knowledge, excellent analytical thinking and market understanding, strict adherence to principle compliance, and professional knowledge related to accounting and tax.
- Language: Fluent in English, Korean, and German, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
