We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary

  • Manage and track all payments and expenditures, including invoices and statements.
  • Coordinate with forwarders and vendors to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Prepare payment advisements to headquarters in Japan and the USA.
  • Maintain accurate historical records of financial transactions.
  • Respond to payment inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Prepare monthly turnover reports for submission to Japan.
  • Continuously improve payment processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide administrative support to management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Native Japanese language proficiency and fluency in English.
  • Experience in administrative work, particularly with Excel.
  • Background in accounting, logistics, or supply chain management is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and numerical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Eligibility to work in Germany.
  • Strong teamwork and customer service skills.

Working Conditions

This is a part-time position, working 32 hours per week.
