Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, analyze, and assess business opportunities in a regulatory context, spanning across geographic expansion, new product categories, and business cooperation.
  • Conduct internal and external risk analyses, including make-or-buy decisions and service provider assessments.
  • Closely collaborate with departments to incorporate regulatory actions into our organization.
  • Prepare and participate in discussions with the Compliance and Risk Management team.
  • Support the Finoa team in maintaining regulatory conformity while staying agile and responsive.
  • Provide assistance across departments concerning regulatory, compliance, and risk issues, carrying out projects and topics related to these areas.
Requirements
  • You have finished or are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Management, Economics, Law, or a related field.
  • You are reliable, self-motivated, and a quick learner with exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in using structured approaches to problem-solving.
  • You are fluent in German and English, with any other language being a plus.
  • You have a good level of knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • You have a hands-on mentality, a healthy entrepreneurial mindset, stress resistance, and a willingness to take an active role in our fast-growing company.
