Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Technical Contracting Engineer, der unsere Onshore-Wind- und Solar-Projekte in Deutschland unterstützt und uns dabei hilft, die Zukunft der erneuerbaren Energien zu gestalten.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Senior Technical Contracting Engineer wirst du von technischer Seite den Vergabeprozess von "BoP"- und Solar-Gewerken führen:

  • Verantwortlich für die Erstellung der technischen Dokumente für "BoP"-sowie Solar Ausschreibungen (Bau- und elektrische Gewerke) in enger Abstimmung mit dem Einkauf, allen Engineering-Teams und den deutschen Development- und Construction-Teams.
  • Verantwortlich für die Abstimmung der projektspezifischen Anforderungen mit allen Engineering-Teams und den deutschen Development- und Construction-Teams und Übertragung der technischen Standards und Anforderungen von RWE in diese.
  • Verantwortlich für die technische Bewertung von Angeboten sowie Identifikation und Bewertung von Abweichungen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Einkauf, allen Engineering-Teams und den deutschen Development- und Construction-Teams.
  • Führung und Abstimmung der technischen Verhandlungen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Einkauf, allen Engineering-Teams und den deutschen Development- und Construction-Teams bis hin zu verhandelten/unterschriebenen Verträgen.
  • Eigenständige Entwicklung und Einführung technischer Spezifikationen, Standards und Anforderungen in enger Abstimmung mit allen Engineering-Teams und den deutschen Development- und Construction-Teams.
  • Aufzeigen und Nachverfolgung von "lessons learnt" aus dem Ausschreibungs- und Vergabeprozess und Unterstützung von Initiativen zur "LCoE"-Reduzierung.
  • Unterstützen der junioreren Technical Contracting Engineers im Team.

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in einem Ingenieursstudiengang, idealerweise in Bauingenieurwesen oder Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar.
  • Mehrjährige relevante, nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung in der Vergabe technischer Produkte und/oder in Projektmanagement, insbesondere in Wind-, Solar- oder anderen Infrastrukturprojekten.
  • Fähigkeit, technische Anforderungen gegen wirtschaftliche Vorteile über alle Projektphasen hinweg abzuwägen.
  • Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis für Baugewerke sowie technisches Verständnis für elektrische Gewerke oder sehr gutes technisches Verständnis für elektrische Gewerke sowie technisches Verständnis für Baugewerke.
  • Kenntnisse über relevante deutsche Normen und Standards.
  • Gute Projektmanagementkenntnisse, Fähigkeit zur eigenständigen Planung und Organisation von Aufgaben und zur Priorisierung.
  • Verhandlungsstärke, gutes Durchsetzungsvermögen und Fähigkeit, mit Kollegen und Geschäftspartnern technische, betriebliche und wirtschaftliche Themen zu besprechen.
  • Teamfähigkeit und Interesse an interdisziplinären Aufgaben, verbunden mit der Fähigkeit, tragfähige Arbeitsbeziehungen in internationalen Teams über Regionen und Funktionen hinweg aufzubauen.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch und Englisch-Kenntnisse.
  • Gültiger Führerschein und Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen innerhalb Deutschlands, i.d.R. eintägig.
