Wir suchen einen erfahrenen HRIS Manager, der unsere Personio-Plattform erfolgreich implementiert und betreut. Als Product Owner bist du verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer HR-Systeme.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Implementierung und Betreuung von Personio
  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen
  • Kooperation mit dem People & Culture-Team und anderen Abteilungen
  • Überwachung der Datenqualität und -analyse
  • Betreuung von Tickets und Anfragen
  • Training und Schulung von Nutzern
Voraussetzungen
  • Erhebliche Erfahrung im Umgang mit HR-IT-Systemen
  • Kenntnisse in der Integration von HR-Systemen und Identity Management Systemen
  • Technische Basiskenntnisse von APIs und Systemarchitekturen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Flexibilität und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
