Job Summary

As an IT Infrastructure Specialist at Leadec Management Central Europe BV & Co. KG, you will play a key role in supporting and developing our state-of-the-art IT infrastructure. This includes the Microsoft 365 platform, with a focus on planning and implementation of modern solutions for Office 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and MS Teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting and implementing Azure Cloud Services for Office 365 related topics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintenance of Office 365 environments, including troubleshooting and problem solving
- Ensuring compliance with IT security and governance requirements
- Supporting and expanding our modern Microsoft infrastructure
- Contact person for internal departments and close cooperation with our global IT teams and external partners

Requirements:
- Several years of professional experience in IT, preferably in medium-sized companies/industry
- In-depth knowledge of Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Intune, Azure AD, Azure MFA, Azure SAML, enterprise applications, and concepts such as migrating email or SharePoint services from other sources to Office 365
- Affinity for and proactive engagement with modern technologies and advanced IT structures and systems
- Fluent English skills, German an advantage
