Tax Software Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Tax Software Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our clients in the implementation and utilization of our innovative software solutions for corporate tax departments.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the operational implementation of software solutions for clients
- Support in the creation of tax reporting documents
- Provide individualized support for clients in the area of "Tax Transformation"
- Participate in ongoing client management (Key Account Management)
- Support the management of key accounts (both technically and software-wise)
- Support the implementation of partners (particularly the "Big Four")
- Conduct personalized and web-based training sessions
Effective communication with all stakeholders is crucial in this role, acting as a liaison between the department and IT. Depending on the situation, you will also support us in the creation of proposals, as well as the execution of client presentations and/or the further development of our software solutions through the creation of comprehensive technical concepts.
RequirementsYour Profile:
- Completed training as a tax clerk or accountant
Desirable or equivalent professional experience in accounting or audit
- Sound knowledge of financial accounting and/or German corporate taxation
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office products, particularly MS Excel
- High IT affinity and enjoyment of working with software
- Good English skills
- Unlimited full-time position (part-time possible upon agreement)
