IT Project Coordinator

As a key member of our team at Laudert, you will be responsible for managing external and internal communication, as well as the implementation of customer projects. Your primary focus will be on building, expanding, and maintaining customer relationships.
You will represent a production area from Laudert in the daily business, coordinating with colleagues from various departments as needed. You will be responsible for the commercial aspects of IT customers and will oversee the overall quality assurance, as you are best positioned to understand the customer's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare customer projects and tasks for production in a well-structured manner.
- Develop and implement concepts, working closely with colleagues to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Coordinate and manage complex IT projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as IT or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in project management, coordination, and customer service.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in German and English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
