Job Description:

As a key member of our team at Laudert, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating IT projects, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Your primary goal will be to deliver high-quality results, meeting client expectations and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective project execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, developing contingency plans to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project management, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
