About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Manager to join our team at IronMaxx Nutrition GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our digital commerce team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our online business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective ecommerce strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement
  • Manage and optimize our webshop, including content creation, product listings, and user experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and marketing campaigns
  • Analyze and report on ecommerce performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to enhance our ecommerce capabilities
Requirements
  • Completed commercial training or studies, preferably with a focus on ecommerce or online marketing
  • First professional experience in a similar position or in a similar field of responsibility
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in analyzing and managing performance data
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
