About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Manager to join our team at IronMaxx Nutrition GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our digital commerce team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our online business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective ecommerce strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement
  • Manage and optimize our webshop, including content creation, product listings, and user experience
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ecommerce initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decisions
Requirements
  • Completed commercial training or studies in a relevant field, such as ecommerce or online marketing
  • Proven experience in ecommerce management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Analytics
