Job Description

As a Salesforce Product Owner at TechOhana, you will play a key role in shaping the company's digital CRM and eCommerce processes. Your primary responsibility will be to support the administration and daily operation of the Salesforce environment, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of digital CRM and eCommerce processes
  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce environment, including data management and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement Salesforce Sales and B2B Commerce Cloud projects
  • Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for Salesforce processes and tools
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce administration and configuration
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales and B2B Commerce Cloud
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluency in German and English
