About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reservoir Engineer to join our team at Vermilion Energy Germany GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in evaluating acquisition and divestiture opportunities and preparing business proposals, including economic evaluations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate oil and gas asset opportunities and prepare business proposals, including economic evaluations
  • Apply expertise in petroleum engineering and industry-standard software applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and partners
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field
  • Well-rounded experience in oil and gas reservoir/development and exploration projects
  • Strong background in industry-standard software applications
  • Proficiency in English, with German language skills a plus
  • International experience and knowledge of German basins
