At Exyte, we're committed to engineering excellence for the high-tech markets of the future. As a Construction Management Supervisor, you'll contribute to our mission by overseeing high-tech industrial projects with a focus on Construction Safety Administration (CSA).

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure construction projects are carried out according to schedule and meet high-quality standards.
  • Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, overseeing activities on the construction site.
  • Document construction progress and report to construction managers.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with EHS regulations.
  • Attend site inspections, acceptance inspections, and meetings.
  • Record defects and track defect resolution progress.
  • Verify submitted documents from subcontractors.

What We're Looking For

  • Relevant qualification in construction (e.g., master's or technician qualification) or entry-level candidate with an engineering degree.
  • Initial professional experience in (partial) construction supervision (a plus).
  • Knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and standards.
  • Willingness to travel within the D-A-CH region and stay on site for 5 days during project assignments.
  • Intercultural competence, team spirit, and ability to work independently.
  • Independent and service-oriented work style, as well as good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in German, both written and spoken, to ensure effective communication with German-speaking staff and authorities.
  • German driver's license class B.
