Senior Sales Director

Your Role in Our Team

You will be responsible for driving the Technical Sales strategy and execution for our company. This includes defining our sales strategy in alignment with our regional sales team, handling escalations from all stakeholders, and ensuring that our customers receive competitive proposals with all necessary technical documents on time.

• Substantially contribute to defining our company's strategy and product portfolio, including pricing.
• Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets and improve sales performance.
• Collaborate with our regional sales team to ensure alignment and effective sales execution.
• Lead the sales process, including negotiating contracts and making final decisions.
• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of our CRM system.

Your Profile

• Minimum 10 years of technical sales experience or comparable.
• Relevant pharma industry experience.
• Leadership experience.
• Ability to handle top management at customer (C-level).
• Market expertise.
