Your Role in Our Team

As a Technical Sales Director at Körber Pharma Packaging GmbH, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales strategy and product portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the technical sales team and ensure that they have the necessary expertise to support the regional sales managers during the sales process.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute substantially to defining the company's strategy and product portfolio, including pricing.
  • Develop and implement the company's sales strategy in alignment with the regional sales team.
  • Handle escalations from all stakeholders and ensure that a competitive proposal with all technical documents is delivered on time to the customer.
  • Accountable for a smooth order process, including the clarification of orders and the evolution of the process itself.
  • Negotiate contracts in alignment with the regional sales team and make the final decision on the contract.
  • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of the CRM system.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of a bachelor's degree and 10 years of technical sales experience or comparable. You should also have relevant pharma industry experience, leadership experience, and the ability to handle top management at the customer level (C-Level). Additionally, you should have market expertise, strong communication skills, and fluency in German and English in both verbal and written communication.
