Quality Assurance Specialist

At GULP – experts united, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our aerospace projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management plans and contract-related quality documents.
- Support in the planning, implementation, and follow-up of internal and external audits.
- Analyze and follow-up of audit results, including reporting and development of quality improvement proposals.
- Implement and sustain quality improvement measures.
- Coordinate and implement quality tasks within the team.
- Identify opportunities and risks in quality management and define and initiate improvement measures.
- Further develop the existing quality management system.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with a focus on Quality Management.
- Extensive experience in engineering, aerospace, project management, process planning, and improvement, as well as quality management and quality assurance.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP.
- Business fluent in German and English.
- High level of teamwork, strong communication skills, and sense of responsibility.
- Strong service orientation and willingness to continuously improve.
