At GULP – experts united, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist ATO to join our team. As a Quality Support Specialist ATO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with the quality management system (QMS) in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an annual audit plan and conduct internal audits
  • Track and implement defined corrective measures
  • Support specialist departments in quality issues and aviation law requirements
  • Prepare and hold regular meetings with the Accountable Manager
  • Accompany and prepare audits by authorities and customers
  • Ensure the implementation of training in the Safety Management System in accordance with internal standards
  • Support and represent the quality management of the EASA Part 147 operation in Kassel

Requirements:

  • Completed studies in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering (Master/Diploma)
  • At least 3 years of experience in quality management
  • Several years of experience in dealing with EASA regulations
  • Experience in training is an advantage
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office, especially detailed functions
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Knowledge of French is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
