Job Title: Deputy Principal Kindergarten

Strothoff International School, a bilingual and international educational institution, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Principal Kindergarten to join our leadership team. Our school follows the Hessian education plan and the international IB curriculum, providing a unique and comprehensive learning experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head of Kindergarten in organizing and supervising pedagogical and administrative processes.
  • Ensure the integration of the Phorms concept into daily pedagogical work with children, including continuous review and development of the educational program.
  • Collaborate with parents, particularly during parent meetings, to ensure a strong partnership between home and school.
  • Work closely with the Phorms primary school to ensure a smooth transition for students.
  • Schedule shifts and cover plans, including time recording coordination.
Requirements:
  • State-recognized educator qualification or comparable recognized qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in a kindergarten or similar work environment.
  • Profound pedagogical knowledge and experience in parental work.
  • Organized and structured working style, with excellent communication skills.
  • High level of commitment, flexibility, and open-mindedness.
  • Good knowledge of German or English (at least B1 level, proof required).
