Deputy Principal Kindergarten Leader

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to join our leadership team as Deputy Principal Kindergarten. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head of Kindergarten in the day-to-day operations of the kindergarten.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Head of Kindergarten in the organisation and supervision of pedagogical and administrative processes and tasks.
- Ensure the integration of the Phorms concept into daily pedagogical work with children, including continuous review and further development of the educational programme.
- Collaborate closely with parents, particularly during parent meetings.
- Work with the Phorms primary school to ensure a smooth transition to the primary school.
- Schedule shifts and cover plans, including time recording coordination.
- State-recognised educator qualification or comparable recognised qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in a kindergarten or similar work environment.
- Profound pedagogical knowledge and experience in parental work.
- Organised and structured working style, with excellent communication skills.
- High level of commitment and flexibility, with an open-minded approach.
- Good knowledge of German or English (at least B1 level, proof required).
