Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Process Engineer to join our team at Randstad Professionals Italia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the maximization of production for assigned wind assets while complying with medium & long-term maintenance plans and current environmental and safety regulations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Define, implement, and optimize maintenance processes and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with the annual maintenance plan defined in collaboration with Technical Management
  • Develop operational methods for internal resource management
  • Organize technical-specialist training courses
  • Identify potential career development paths for involved personnel
Requirements
  • Fluent in German, at least B1 in English
  • MS Office (Excel in particular); SAP would be a plus
