Job Summary

Nordex Group is seeking a highly skilled Service Tooling Group Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of new service tools, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the cross-functional team of engineers and experts in the development of new service tools, including planning, prioritization, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with external development partners to ensure timely delivery of projects and milestones.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and drive decision-making based on defined factors.
  • Plan and execute prototype tests and initial field validation, ensuring a smooth transition of products into series production.
  • Provide regular reporting to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering or comparable qualification.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a manager or at least 5 years of experience as a project manager.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple ongoing issues.
  • Strong team and communication skills, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent English language skills, Spanish a plus.
