B2B Marketing Communications Specialist DACH

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Manager to join our team in the DACH region. As a key member of our international marketing team, you will play a crucial role in our transition from brand awareness to demand generation.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our transformation and take ownership of initiatives that will fuel our growth. We are currently implementing HubSpot and preparing our website for demand generation, and we need someone with your expertise to help us achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing materials, including client stories, blogs, whitepapers, social media posts, videos, and podcasts, tailored to target audiences and localized for the DACH region.
- Social Media: Manage and grow our social media presence in DACH with engaging content that increases follower count and boosts interaction.
- Email Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and support sales efforts.
- Events: Own and manage offline and online events, trade fairs, webinars, etc., setting clear targets and measuring results to improve outcomes of future events.
- Website: Create high-quality, customer-focused content for our websites in the DACH region, addressing each stage of the buyer's journey, and publish it in website templates.
- Campaign Development: Collaborate with the digital marketing manager to create and implement demand-generating campaigns, supporting both account-based and inbound marketing strategies.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance to continuously improve outcomes.
