B2B Marketing Communications Specialist DACH

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Manager to join our team in the DACH region. As a key player in our transition from brand awareness to demand generation, you will be responsible for crafting compelling marketing materials, managing social media presence, and developing targeted email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality marketing materials, including client stories, blogs, whitepapers, social media posts, videos, and podcasts, tailored to target audiences and localized for the DACH region.
  • Social Media: Manage and grow our social media presence in DACH with engaging content that increases follower count and boosts interaction.
  • Email Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and support sales efforts.
  • Events: Own and manage offline and online events, trade fairs, webinars, etc., setting clear targets, measuring results to improve outcomes of future events.
  • Website: Create high-quality, customer-focused content for our websites in the DACH region that addresses each stage of the buyer's journey, publish it in website templates, and have it published.
  • Campaign Development: Collaborate with the digital marketing manager to create and implement demand-generating campaigns, supporting both account-based and inbound marketing strategies.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, to continuously improve outcomes.
