Application Manager Integration Platform Specialist

As a Service Owner for the Integration Platform, the Application Manager is responsible for ensuring the operation, development, and maintenance of the platform within the given budget, deadlines, agreed-upon SLAs, and expected quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Platform Operation and Optimization: Ensure the smooth operation of the CityLine integration architecture, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Architecture Development: Develop and maintain a target architecture for the CityLine Integration Platform, including planning and executing its implementation.
- Requirements Management: Provide technical specifications and guidance to stakeholders on the feasibility of requirements and oversee their implementation, ensuring documentation and quality standards are met.
- Vendor Management: Independently manage internal and external service providers, ensuring timely delivery and quality of services.
- User Support and Analysis: Provide user support, analyze issues, and ensure the resolution of problems, as well as create documentation and support materials.
- Audit and Compliance: Prepare for, accompany, and conduct audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Project Management: Take on and manage projects, including partial projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Completed university studies in business administration, computer science, natural sciences, or engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Knowledge of middleware technologies based on Kafka.
- Experience in supplier management, vendor control, and negotiation of IT contracts and SLAs.
- Fluent written and spoken German (at least B2 level, preferably C1 and above).
