Job Title: Investment Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Analyst to join our team in Germany. As an Investment Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating potential investment opportunities, developing financial models, and providing research data to support underwriting assumptions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with brokers, sellers, and developers to source new deals and develop financial models to evaluate potential investments.
  • Research and prepare market and competitor intelligence to inform internal strategic directions.
  • Assist in due diligence and transaction of new deals, including managing internal and external stakeholders and synthesizing large amounts of data.
  • Prepare investment memos for the Investment Committee and present to potential investors.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including brokers, appraisers, bankers, and joint venture partners.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of prior real estate investment or financing experience in real estate investment firms, fund managers, institutional investors, banks/lenders, developers, or similar entities.
  • Robust financial modeling skills for complex real estate projects, including development, value-add, and core-plus projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to stakeholders.
  • English and Chinese language proficiency, with professional working level German language skill desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Argus.
