Restaurant Operations Manager

We are a market leader in the Berlin street food scene, serving traditional homemade noodles and other Asian-inspired dishes. As a Shift Manager/Service Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial performance. You will also train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure optimal coverage and compliance with company policies. Additionally, you will promote a positive work environment, support teamwork, and professional development of employees.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Catering experience preferably with staff responsibility.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and kitchen management.
• Excellent customer service skills, focusing on providing a memorable dining experience.
• Good time management with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

We offer a competitive salary of around €45,000 per year, depending on experience, plus attractive remuneration in line with your performance.
