About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Tourism and Travel Sales Professional in our ADAC Reisebüro in Erfurt.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients, inspiring them to explore new travel destinations and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized travel recommendations and advice to clients, taking into account their preferences, budget, and travel style.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored travel solutions.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new destinations, and travel products to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your knowledge and skills in the travel industry.

Requirements

  • Relevant education and training in the travel industry, such as a degree in Tourism or Hospitality.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the travel industry, including destinations, accommodations, and travel services.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
