Sales Director

Ecolab, a global leader in water, hygiene, and energy technologies and services, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader to join our team in Region South & East Germany.
About the Role:
- Lead the biggest region in Germany (East-South) and be the go-to person for senior EU Leaders for German-related matters.
- Manage the Sales Budget of the assigned region(s) with an ambition and commitment to achieve growth rates, focusing on selling innovation and digitally enabled solutions.
- Provide commercial guidance on Field Sales Team and report to the Sales Executive Central/CEE.
- Establish your action plan and sales targets based on agreed strategies, introducing new products and preparing strategic discussions on how to grow the business.
- Take ownership of Total Value Delivery (TVD), pricing, orders, and customer service, with P&L Responsibilities.
- Coach and lead a team composed of Sales Professionals and work together with other regions in Germany to meet ambitious sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with partners in your region.
- Improve skills of the sales teams through professional trainings and field visits at key accounts.
- Manage the technical support team, answering technical questions related to our products.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Industrial sector.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in (chemical) engineering, water treatment, chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of working experience with leadership/managerial experience in a dynamic and entrepreneurial culture.
- Eagerness to grow through challenging experience.
- Willingness to travel in the assigned region.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is a must.
- Previous experience in value selling management in B2B and matrix context.
