Your Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice to customers on our comprehensive product range, including wood products for landscaping, timber construction, and various building materials.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively promoting our high-quality products and services.
- Independently prepare quotations, calculations, and orders, ensuring accurate processing throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team, warehouse logistics, and installation teams to ensure seamless operations.
Your Profile
- Completed commercial or trade apprenticeship.
- Proven experience in retail environments, such as a store clerk, salesperson, customer advisor, carpenter, or joiner.
- Genuine interest in our product range and DIY projects, coupled with a strong background in customer service.
- Customer-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative team player attitude.
