Your Role
As a Wood and Building Materials Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing expert advice to customers on our extensive product range, including wood for gardens, timber construction, and building materials
- Maintaining existing customer relationships and promoting our high-quality products and services
- Creating quotes, calculations, and orders independently, including order processing
- Collaborating closely with the sales team, warehouse logistics, and installation teams
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A completed commercial or trade apprenticeship
- Experience in retail, such as a store clerk, salesperson, customer advisor, carpenter, or joiner
- A genuine interest in our product range and a background in DIY with experience in customer advising
- Excellent customer service skills, a team-oriented approach, and strong communication skills
