Project Leadership Expert for Biopharma and Life Science

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our projects in the biopharma and life science industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overall project performance, including EHS, Financial, Schedule, and Quality performance, as well as construction for large EPC projects.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a team. They will also possess a deep understanding of CSA (Civil Structural Architecture) and MEP systems, as well as experience working in related industries.
Key Responsibilities- Accountable for overall project performance, including EHS, Financial, Schedule, and Quality performance.
- Representative of the corporate management to the project.
- Highest escalation level within the project to client, contractor, and the project team.
- Develop and maintain good communication and relationships with clients.
- Accountable for project performance on EHS, schedule, cost, and quality, as well as the project manager's performance.
- Report project status to the company management according to corporate procedures.
- Participate in client management reporting meetings.
- Masters degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Several years of experience in related industries (biopharma, life science) and EPC project management experience.
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Broad technical understanding of CSA (Civil Structural Architecture) and MEP systems.
- PMI certification advantageous.
