About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team in Stuttgart. The successful candidate will have experience in related industries (biopharma, life sciences) and EPC construction management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for overall construction performance, including but not limited to EHS, Financial, Schedule, and Quality performance for large EPC projects in the biopharma and life sciences industry.
- Leading the Exyte construction organization on site.
- Leading construction meetings with subcontractors on site.
- Definition of the construction execution plan for the projects.
- Definition of construction sequences and construction schedule at the beginning of the project.
- Definition of KPIs to measure construction performance on site.
- Develop and keep good communication and relationship with the client.
- Report the project construction status to the company management as per corporate procedures.
- Monitor and participate in the project risk identification and mitigation plan development process.
- Ensure corporate procedures, standards, and guidelines are followed within the construction discipline.
- Be a visible, positive, and encouraging example influence for the project team members, both internally and externally. Provide guidance and motivation to the team.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in related industries (biopharma, life sciences) and EPC construction management experience.
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Detailed knowledge of construction sequences and construction methodologies.
- Track record of successful project delivery within a large organization.
Salary: €120,000 - €180,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
