Job Title: HR IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR IT Project Manager to join our team at Bauer Media Group. As a key member of our Group HR Function, you will play a crucial role in preparing and rolling out core HR processes supported by technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement tools and methods for project management, including SharePoint, Status Reports, Status Meetings, cost tracking, and Monday.com.
  • Manage the reporting on status, timeline, resources, costs, budget, KPI, risks, and change requests.
  • Develop and maintain a risk management plan process to identify, rank, mitigate, and review risks on a regular basis.
  • Prepare and schedule workshops/meetings and prepare required presentations and facilitate workshops and meetings in the context of communication, training, and data protection.
  • Manage the project repository for all project deliverable documents.
  • Coordinate the project deliverables for Communication, Training, and Data Protection within the project team and with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A completed business degree and minimum seven years of working experience with two years as a project manager in a complex organization.
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven track record in HR IT.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, leveraging high work ethics and pragmatic problem-solving approaches to deliver results in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
  • Resilience and adaptability, thriving in situations of uncertainty, while applying a solution-oriented mindset to ensure project success.
  • Deep knowledge of different project management tools and methods, plus strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Full business proficiency in English language skills.
