Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Natif GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our KI-based document processing platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the highest level of product quality
  • Conduct manual and automated testing to identify and report defects
  • Document and analyze test results, and create detailed defect reports
  • Test the limits of our KI system by creating use cases that intentionally provoke errors to identify areas for improvement
  • Perform regression testing to ensure that existing functionality remains error-free after changes
  • Conduct performance testing to evaluate the product's performance under various conditions
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to identify and resolve defects
  • Validate product requirements and ensure that they are adequately covered in test scenarios
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to continuously monitor software quality
  • Analyze and identify opportunities for test automation and implement corresponding solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or a related field
  • At least three years of experience in software quality assurance, including manual testing, automated testing, test plan development, and detailed defect reporting
  • ISTQB certification in software testing or equivalent
  • Experience with test frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright
  • Knowledge of Python is a plus
  • Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills
  • Excellent customer and user understanding
  • Basic knowledge of KI technologies
  • Experience working in interdisciplinary teams, including UX design, development, and product management
  • Fluent German and English language skills
