Quality Assurance Specialist for Healthcare Cleaning

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to established standards.
  • Provide comprehensive training and onboarding programs for new cleaning staff members.
  • Regularly inspect cleaning procedures and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and protocols.
  • Actively participate in and lead training sessions to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
