Der Jobholder wird als Supply Chain and Quality Manager tätig und agiert als Schnittstelle zwischen Lieferanten für operative Aktivitäten.
- Zentrale Ansprechperson für Lieferanten für operative Aktivitäten und Lieferantenbotschafter für interne Funktionen
- Bewertung von Lieferanten während der Angebotsphase und Beitrag zur Auswahlentscheidung (z.B. Bereitstellung eines konsolidierten Vorhersage für Lieferanten und Sicherstellung, dass Lieferanten die erforderliche Kapazität haben)
- Verwaltung von Supply Chain- und Qualitätsaspekten des Vertrags, verantwortlich für On Time, On Quality (und On Kosten, wenn anwendbar) Leistung
- Verwaltung der Qualitätsermächtigung/Autorisierung von Lieferanten, sicherstellung, dass Lieferanten den erforderlichen Zertifizierungen entsprechen
- Präsentation der Situation des Lieferanten bei der operativen Leistung (z.B. KPIs und Bewertungen) während der Kommoditätenbesprechungen
- Überwachung oder Unterstützung der Einführung neuer Produkte, um sicherzustellen, dass die industrielle Reife vor der Serienphase erreicht wird
- Initiierung und Verwaltung von Projekten zur Verbesserung der Leistung von Lieferanten, Festlegung von langfristigen Entwicklungszieldenken zusammen mit den Lieferanten und in Koordination mit dem Team für die Entwicklung von Lieferanten
- Erstellung von kurzfristigen und mittelfristigen Wiederherstellungsplänen (aus fehlenden Teilen, zurück zur Bestellung)
- Aufrechterhaltung einer engen Kommunikation und Koordination mit den operativen Teams an den internen Kundenstandorten, um sicherzustellen, dass alle relevanten Funktionen zur Lieferung der beschafften Güter oder Dienstleistungen beitragen
Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Supply Chain and Quality Manager, der über folgende Qualifikationen verfügt:
- Technisches Studium (mind. Bachelor-Studiengang) oder
- Wirtschaftsingenieur (mind. Bachelor-Studiengang) oder
- Supply Chain / Logistics (mind. Bachelor-Studiengang)
Berufserfahrung
- Supply Chain (mind. über 2 Jahre)
IT
- SAP (mind. Kenntnis vertiefte Anwendungskenntnis)
- Google Workspace von Vorteil
Kenntnisse
- KVP (mind. gute Kenntnisse)
- Prozessmanagement (mind. Grundkenntnisse)
- Risk Management (mind. Grundkenntnisse)
