Als Linux Operations Specialist bei Deutsche Telekom Geschäftskunden GmbH sind Sie verantwortlich für die Gewährleistung der Anwendungsverfügbarkeit und den ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb von Prozessen und Systemen der zu betreuenden NT/IT-Infrastruktur oder Anwendungen im Bereich Global IT Delivery & Service, Classified Operation.

Hauptraumfelder
  • Fehleranalysen und Behebungen technischer Störungen, einschließlich 2nd Level Technical Support bei der Behebung von Incidents
  • Überwachung und Analyse von Stabilität, Kapazität und Performance, mit der Identifizierung von Handlungsbedarfen auf System- und Prozessebene
  • Weiterentwicklung des Automatisierungsgrads beim Deployment der Anwendungsreleases
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten und Leitung von Projekten
Anforderungen
  • Studium (Informatik o. ä.) oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in Verbindung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Umfeld Network Operations
  • Expertenkenntnisse im Bereich IT Operations, insbesondere im Umgang mit Linux-Serveradministration
  • Experten- und Detailkenntnisse bezüglich relationaler Datenbanken (z.B. mySQL, PostgreSQL), C# und/oder Skriptentwicklung
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung im Bereich der IT-Sicherheit und Datenschutz
  • Experten Kenntnisse der Informationstechnologie, insbesondere technische Kenntnisse moderner IT-Architekturen (Netzwerktechnologien, Infrastruktur, Anwendungen sowie Datenbanken) sowie zugehöriger Bereitstellungstechnologien
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des ITIL Frameworks
  • Fundiertes Wissen in Container-Orchestrierungslösungen wünschenswert
  • Für die Tätigkeit ist die Bereitschaft zur Sicherheitsüberprüfung und Rufbereitschaft erforderlich
