Job Title: Finance Regulatory Reporting, VP

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Regulatory Reporting professional to lead our Regulatory Reporting Team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and submission of financial regulatory returns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Regulatory Reporting Team in the preparation and submission of financial regulatory returns
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on regulatory matters
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and developments, and implement necessary updates to our reporting processes

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in regulatory reporting, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines, including ECB and regional level regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
