About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Sidekick Health Germany GmbH. As a key member of our commercial strategy team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships to drive the growth and success of our Prescribable Digital Therapeutics business unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop partnerships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, including health insurance companies, medical providers, and affiliate cooperation partners.
  • Conduct market analyses to identify new business opportunities and develop recommendations for implementation.
  • Drive forward projects to optimize our business development processes and structures, enabling the success of our digital therapeutics.
  • Support international expansion and the establishment of new markets.
  • Analyze the competition through competitive analysis, monitoring, and reporting.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of business, medical, science, or engineering studies.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in business development or a related field.
  • Strong business development and B2B sales skills.
  • Experience in the digital health sector and knowledge of the German healthcare system.
  • Analytical skills to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and understand development potential and challenges.
  • Interest in working in an interdisciplinary leadership team and strong communication skills.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, French is a plus.
