Head of Accounting

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the finance team and collaborate with global financial leadership.
  • Prepare and oversee the timely completion of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Manage liquidity, bank relations, and electronic payment services.
  • Drive process optimization, automation, and digitalization initiatives within the finance department.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external partners such as auditors, tax advisors, and banks.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in finance or an equivalent qualification.
  • Previous leadership experience in accounting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and SAP software.
  • Proficiency in German and English.
  • Empathetic leader with analytical skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
