Job Summary

WebMD Health Corp is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our IT Operations team, you will be responsible for the smooth operation and further development of our entire office IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the 2-person IT team in technical and disciplinary terms, ensuring the effective management of IT resources and personnel.
  • Develop and implement integration topics and projects with our parent company, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Design and implement processes, guidelines, and standards to optimize IT operations and ensure compliance with relevant security requirements and standards.
  • Ensure the security and constant improvement of our office IT environment by implementing and optimizing the latest security procedures.
  • Represent IT Operations in audits of our pharmaceutical customers, ensuring compliance with all relevant security requirements and standards.
  • Manage the department budget and ensure that resources are used effectively, making informed decisions to drive business success.
  • Purchase and manage IT hardware and licenses, ensuring the optimal use of resources and minimizing costs.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or comparable training.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the administration of medium-sized office environments (up to 150 workstations).
  • Very good knowledge in the support of operating systems for servers and clients under Windows & Mac.
  • Experience in project management for integration projects in an international English-speaking environment.
  • Initial experience in employee management.
  • Initial experience with IT security.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office 365 Cloud (Azure, Entra, Teams, Sharepoint etc).
  • Hands-on mentality and confident demeanor in stressful situations.
  • High reliability and service mentality.
