Job Description

We are the electronic heart of Bosch, driving the transformation to sustainable mobility with efficient semiconductors and control units. Our production network coordinates over 20 plants worldwide, from Malaysia to Mexico and Hungary to Germany. We are the drivers behind increasing automation through AI, connectivity, and electrification of vehicles.

We, the Central Finance and Controlling Department of Mobility Electronics, consolidate data from our production and development network worldwide, processing information to steer our business and enable top management to make sustainable decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in the Business Unit Controlling team and participate in various projects on process optimization, digitalization, and data management.
  • Gain insights into cross-functional business processes in the Mobility Sector of Bosch.
  • Act as an interface between our international manufacturing network, central departments, and internal customers.
Requirements
  • Studies in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or comparable.
  • Competent handling of MS Office and databases, good basic knowledge of project management, agile working methods, process management, Power BI, SAP Signavio, and Flowable.
  • Team-oriented, self-initiated, willing to learn, independent, structured, and solution-oriented personality.
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus.
