Role Overview

As part of the Central Finance and Controlling Department for Mobility Electronics, you will engage with a global network of over 20 manufacturing plants, contributing to the evolution of sustainable mobility through advanced semiconductors and control units. Our mission is to facilitate increased automation via AI, connectivity, and vehicle electrification.

During your internship, you will collaborate with the Business Unit Controlling team, participating in diverse projects focused on:

  • Process enhancement and optimization
  • Digital transformation initiatives
  • Data management strategies

This role will provide you with insights into various cross-functional business processes within Bosch's Mobility Sector.

You will serve as a vital link between our international semiconductor and control unit manufacturing network, various central departments, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Education: Pursuing a degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office and database management; familiarity with project management, agile methodologies, process management, Power BI, SAP Signavio, and Flowable is advantageous.
  • Personal Attributes: Team-oriented, proactive, eager to learn, independent, organized, and solution-focused.
  • Work Environment: Our team operates in a hybrid model, allowing for a flexible mix of on-site and remote work.
  • Interests: A strong enthusiasm for finance and controlling, coupled with a high affinity for IT.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
Additional Information

Duration: 5 - 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required)
