About Our Facility:
The AGAPLESION BETHESDA SENIORENZENTRUM WUPPERTAL gGmbH is a part of the AGAPLESION BETHESDA KRANKENHAUS WUPPERTAL gGmbH, a healthcare facility within the AGAPLESION gAG network based in Frankfurt/Main. Our facility offers 70 places in 2 care areas, 15 places in short-term care, and 43 places in assisted living.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, resident-centered care as outlined in our mission statement.
- Assess and document chronic wounds.
- Care for wounds and conduct wound rounds in accordance with modern wound care guidelines.
- Document wound care and participate in quality assurance measures.
- Provide guidance and training to nursing staff on modern wound care.
- Maintain and enhance residents' quality of life through individualized, holistic, and activating care and support.
- Active participation in the nursing team.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
- Completed training.
- Completed further education as a Wound Care Expert (ICW).
- Nursing expertise.
- Independent and conscientious work ethic.
- Promoting professional service quality and respectful resident communication.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
