About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Huizhong Automotive Chassis System Germany GmbH. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the receipt, storage, and dispatch of automotive parts to ensure accurate inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with external bonded warehouses to develop and implement standard operating procedures.
  • Track the receipt, storage, in-transit, and dispatch of automotive parts to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Regularly conduct stock audits and inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Monitor call-offs and shipping of call-offs to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints related to warehouse operations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Handle logistical issues, such as delays or damaged shipments, promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance to senior management.
  • Participate in strategic planning for overall supply chain and logistics operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in warehouse management, preferably within the automotive parts or related industry.
  • Proven track record of managing inventory control, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with automotive parts and their storage requirements is highly desirable.
  • Ability to quickly identify issues and develop solutions, especially in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and German for coordinating with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficient business IT skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), preferably experience with ERP system, such as SAP.
