About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lawyer to join our Legal Department at Talon GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our in-house legal function and supporting our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with clients, business partners, and vendors
  • Provide day-to-day legal advice and address ad hoc legal queries from various departments
  • Conduct horizon scanning and monitor legal developments to interpret their impact on the business
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements through regular legal housekeeping
  • Identify, create, and manage legal operations initiatives to support the growth and expansion of our Legal function
  • Oversee and manage external legal support when required
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in an In-house environment
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fast learner with a proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
  • Qualified to practice as a lawyer in Europe, with German experience being a plus
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex legal advice effectively
  • Fluency in English, with German being a plus
